Capricorn (December 22 – January 19) is the tenth sign of the Zodiac. People born under this sign are very innocent, fragile, tolerant, rational and kind hearted. They are very soft and it is very difficult for them to understand and face the harsh realities of life. Paying attention to things that are insignificant and wasting a lot of time and energy on them is what they normally do. However they do not like being seen as someone who is weak and fragile, hence they make an attempt to portray a cool and a detached image of themself. It is not common for them to express themselves easily and they are good at hiding their emotions but are always interested to know about others around them. Protecting themselves from any kind of harm always keeps them occupied and worried, hence knowing about people around them ensures that they do not mingle with people that could hurt them. It is one of their self-protection strategies. It is not hard for them to accept others even though they keep on pin pointing the good and bad things in others. The only reason they try to highlight the weaknesses of others are because they want to help them overcome it.
Capricorns usually have a dual personality, one that is innocent and childish and other is that of an evil character. They are very innocent at the beginning but as they grow up and face the harsh realities of life they change and become sneakier. When the learn the lessons of life the hard way they tend to become rigid and difficult, however it is just their way of self-defence. They stop trusting people or situations for fear of being hurt or let down again. Their evil side is very dark, probably the darkest of all. Hence it is best no to have them as your enemy for once they hate someone, they take it very seriously. If you have offended a Capricorn in any way, you can expect a lot of trouble ahead. It is very difficult for them to get angry, but once they become, they will not easily cool down. They can be extremely cruel and ruthless if they have to bring out the dark side in them and will make you pay several times that what you have caused them.
Sometimes they act naïve, which is mainly because of their lack of self-confidence and self-assurance. They are aware of their level of intelligence but don’t like being ridiculed for it, hence try to camouflage it by trying to act naïve. They like being trusted and can be great friends if you put their trust on them. Letting others down is not them. Trust is the basis of any relationship for them and they see no reason to continue one if there is no trust among them. In relationships they can be very caring and loving; however it is very difficult for them to take rejections. If rejected they will vanish from the life of the person as they will not be able to bear the pain. However if they love someone, they will never reject them.
